23. The Terms of Payment:

     1). 30% of total payment should be paid as deposit within 7days after signing the contract by T/T.

     2). 60% of total payment should be paid after receiving the copy of Bill of lading from the seller by T/T.

     3). 10% of total payment should be paid after the equipment installing completely and working normal by T/T.

24. The buyer should provide round-trip tickets, food and accommodation for seller’s technicists during the installation and debugging period.
